


What is “BEAN JAM”?
What we call bean jam is food that beans are mashed and blended with sugar after boiled beans. The history of bean jam is old, and it is eaten irrespective of age and gender in Japan. It is also delicious to eat as it is, in order to bean jam goes well with various materials, it is common to eat with other ingredients. For example, it is eaten with ice cream or it is wrapped in rice cake or flour dough. There are various types of bean jam such as "Tsubuan", "Koshian", and "Shiroan" depending on the type of beans and the manufacturing method.
